Skyline Exhibits & Design has announced that Josh Reed, formerly Service Manager, has been promoted to the position of Director of Operations. Additionally, Kelvin Morton has been elevated to the position of Warehouse Supervisor.
Reed, initially joined the exhibit marketing firm as a service technician in 2010, will directly oversee and be responsible for the Project Management Group and the Service Department. He will join the company’s Leadership Team. Prior to joining Skyline Mr. Reed resided in the Des Moines, IA area where he held a Warehousing Inventory position with Toyota.
“Josh’s promotion is two-fold,” per Steve Hoffman, the company’s Owner/President. “On the one hand it is recognition of his ability to enhance processes and inter-departmental collaboration. On the other hand, it’s our clients that will benefit from ongoing quality, customer service and pricing improvements.”
Morton joined Skyline as a Service Technician in 2014 and took on additional freight responsibilities in 2015. The US Army Veteran has extensive warehouse operations experience and will now be responsible for day-to-day Service Technician activities, inventory, shipping, client asset management and booth previews.
“Kelvin simply exemplifies reliability, responsibility and dedication,” according to Josh Reed who continued, “he’s the rock and the glue, but has emerged into a leader and teacher.” Both Reed and Morton have begun their new positions.
