The Beach Company announced the successful opening of The Factory at Garco Park, a 271-unit apartment community located on 12.5 acres in the heart of Charleston’s vibrant Park Circle neighborhood and retail district. For several years, The Beach Company has collaborated with the City of North Charleston to create the brand new walkable community with an array of living options and amenities to complement the urban fabric of Park Circle.
